I built and scaled Alex Hormozi’s TikTok Shop Skool community, architecting the onboarding, education structure, creator workflows, and monetization systems from the ground up. In parallel, I managed TikTok Shop operations—aligning creator strategy, affiliate infrastructure, performance tracking, and automation to drive GMV and operational scale.

I led and managed TRIP Drinks TikTok Shop operations, building the entire Discord-based creator ecosystem from the ground up. This included architecting the server, designing creator workflows, and implementing the systems and processes required to recruit, manage, and scale high-performing creators. These systems enabled efficient coordination, clear incentives, and consistent execution at scale. Through this infrastructure, I had the opportunity to successfully work alongside Joe Jonas, supporting creator-led campaigns that drove visibility and materially contributed to scaling GMV. This work reflects how disciplined systems and community design translate directly into revenue performance.

I manage House of Content operations across TikTok’s MCN, CAP and TAP platforms, overseeing onboarding, campaign execution, and affiliate performance for a growing roster of creators.

I ensure each partnership aligns with brand goals, track creator metrics, and facilitate communication between influencers and brands for smooth, results-driven campaigns.

On the community side, I run the House of Content Discord, where I directly support top influencers like TheTrevorAbney and IvanGTV. From organizing brand deal logistics to managing private creator channels.

I streamline workflows, provide real-time updates, and help creators stay focused on content while maximizing monetization opportunities.
